Initial Consultation & Strategy Session
The initial consultation call will explore what the client’s current online presence looks like and where they’d like it go. It will also be a great space for the client to share with us what story they want to share with the world.
From here, we’ll do some market research and schedule a strategy session follow-up call. On this call, we’ll share with the client our finalized project proposal - including timeline, budget, payment options and other project related details.
The strategy call gives us the opportunity to share with the client how we understand their value proposition and unique story and provides them the opportunity to tweak the finalized project proposal before moving forward.
It’s after this step that the client will be invoiced for 50% of the project’s total cost, so that we can begin step 3 and start creating a new website.

Team Feedback - 1st Round of Revisions
Once the website is ready to be polished, we’ll share a private access link with you and your team so you can review it and make sure it aligns with your company or organization’s ethos.
It’s important that as many team members as possible share their honest feedback on the website’s functionality, flow and user-friendliness, as it will be the website on their email and business cards.
Soft Launch - 2nd Round of Revisions
Once your team has reviewed the website, offered their feedback, and we’ve been able to make the recommended adjustments, we’ll ask that you share the private access link of the website with your close friends, family and industry colleagues to get their feedback. Often times, they’ll see things that need improvement that we won’t see - either because we assume people know what XYZ is or because we’ve been too close to the project.

Feedback that ensured that their website launch surpassed expectations and didn’t leave them with clients saying, ‘the contact link didn’t work!’, etc.
Having a soft launch isn’t necessary but we recommend it to all our clients. Not adding to a website’s development process can expedite the launch time, which is why we leave this up to the client’s judgement. We’ll always highly recommend this step, as we believe in measuring 10Xs and cutting once, but can do without this step per the go-ahead from the client.
Finally, we’ll launch the website to the public and rest easy because it’s gone through many rounds of revisions and feedback. The website will now be ready to share across all your social media accounts, email lists and in all new literature, etc.
Should any minor errors have snuck through our revision process, we’ll address them as they arise. This is the reason the website launch step has a 1-2 day estimated time range.

Maintenance - Keeping It Fresh
After the launch and now that it’s live, the website is still going to need some continuous TLC - adding new photos, changing menu items, offering seasonal or holiday related discounts, updating blogs, adding or deleting no longer relevant sections, etc.
Included in each project’s price are 3 hours of 1-on-1 time between the client and our team to ensure that each client is able to make updates, as they see fit. For many this ‘DIY Plan’ is ideal. For many of our clients, they’ll chose to fore-go this 1-2 hour informational hand-off session as there just aren’t enough hours in the day to worry about keeping their website up-to-date.
With our clients in mind, we have designed maintenance packages that can be tailored to your website’s specifications:
You leverage knowledge learned in the 1-2 hour informational handoff session to edit, update and keep your website fresh.
Billed at $70 an hour, with a minimum of .5 hours per maintenance/update support inquiry, we are always available to help you grow your online presence. If you’re not sure how many hours or potential support you may need from us, this is a solid option.
For the small business owner who’s already juggling a lot of plates and also knows how many hours of support they’re going to need, this plan is ideal.
For many of our clients, having 5,10 or 15 hours of our dedicated attention a month is a real bonus, as it allows them to focus on their unique products and/or services.
The following bundle options are 58% cheaper per hour than our Pay-As-You-Go Plan hourly rate and can be billed either monthly or on a one-time basis:
Up to 5 hours - $149
Up to 10 hours - $299
Up to 15 hours - $449
As we move closer towards the launch date and completion of Step 5, we’ll work with you to find the maintenance program that will work best.
On average, it will take between 2 - 4 weeks to properly create our client’s a website. Each step’s time, as shown above by a range of days, is an average estimation of how long it will take to complete each phase of the website creation process.
As many of our clients are small business owners, the difference of a week can mean a lot to their bottom line. If you’re interested in a faster turn around, we’ll work with you to make it happen.
If a client can produce their own content (copywriting, photos, videos, client testimonials, descriptions of service, product details, etc) and provide their own branding (logo, font options and color palette preferences), we will work with them to expedite the project.
Expediting the project will have an extra cost that will be discussed with the client during the strategy session conversation.

$375 per page for websites between 6-10 pages (12% discount)
$325 per page for websites between 11-15 pages (24% discount)
